i love this topic btw.

"Happiness doesnt come from wealth, fame, working hard. it comes from relationship.and its not about the number of friends that u have, whether or not you re in comitted relationship with a partner, they found its the quality of the relationship that counts. Being able to be vulnurable, listening, and sharing whats close to your heart, thats what matters."

So, from this topic i got to learn that happiness comes from ourselves.

Its a skill.

its how we do more good things than bad things.

its about sharing, and being warm to other people.

if its kinda hard sometimes, when u see people being happy while u having bad day, pls dont be envy.

people deserve to be happy. all of us.

just be happy while people being happy too, and the happiness will be back to u. believe this.

Ini sebenernya lanjutan dari post pegasus market.
The topic is about "Karyawan adalah Raja"

Karyawan adalah raja tuh sebenernya motto yang dikasih Jung Bok Dong ke karyawannya, makanya mereka pakai baju raja. wkwk

This motto is so true tho.

In this era, people are too focus on customer, but they dont take the attention to the employee. Its true,that we need to be good to our customers, but the point is how we (employee) be good to our customers if we are not treated well? 

As a good company, they should take care of their employees.

So they are not only focus on the products and the customers but also to the employees.

"Its not only about the results, but its also about the process"

Hehe. Syedap.

we are the employee, who create the products, sell the products, and deliver it to customers.

So i think we deserve more. 

I tell smtg like this, because i think there are still some companies that havent thought bout that yet.

Its not only about money, but we need some reward, motivation and ofc some respect. its very important to give feedbacks, ask how we work and what we struggling with. And I dont think its true, if the company only think about the profits but never have any efforts to make everything better. its kinda useless isnt it

Its just my thoughts, but i so wish people will always be good to people.

Omg its been long time since i made a post on this blog.
I never use blog cause im not good at it, but i just learned some basic things and its not that difficult hehe.

So in this Post, im gonna tell you my current favorite korean drama that i think its very worth to watch.

What is that?
PEGASUS MARKET.

well, im gonna tell this story in Bahasa and english.

Pegasus Market, ini drakor luar biasa bagusnya.

Cerita yang ada di drama ini tuh enteng banget dan related bgt sama kehidupan nyata.

Seperti misalnya, gimana para pemainnya struggling buat menuhin kebutuhan hidup padahal mereka punya tanggungan dan gada pekerjaan.

Ini drakor kaya ngasih tau buat lebih banyak bersyukur dan lebih sadar masih banyak orang diluar sana yang lebih membutuhkan. 

Tbh, im so sensitive person. Jadi ada beberapa scene yang bikin aku nangis dan ngebayangin gmna ya kalo ngejalanin itu beneran di kehidupan nyata. huft. 

Bermula dari cerita seorang direktur di Daema Grup (daema grup kaya perusahaan gede bgt lah, yang punya banyak anak perusahaan) bernama Jung Bok Dong yang di"buang" ke pegasus market oleh Presidir Daema Grup yaitu si Kim Dae Ma karena ngelakuin suatu kesalahan. Si Bok Dong walaupun kesel, tetep nerima aja. Nah, kenapa harus pake kata di"buang"? karena Pegasus market ini tuh kaya pasar ga laku gitu, masyarakat jarang beli disana dan emang ga terurus bgt, dan setiap karyawan yang di transfer kesana tuh ibaratnya udah gada harapan lagi, mendingan resign aja. wkwk

Di pegasus market ini, ada manajer namanya Moon Suk Goo, dia itu polos tapi ulet banget. Singkat cerita,  si Jung Bok Dong itu buat beberapa rencana yang awalnya dia pikir akan buat bangkrut si Pegasus market, malah justru kebalikannya. Seperti yang awal bgt kejadian, dia rekrut karyawan tanpa liat resume, nah karyawannya tuh dr musisi yang gagal terkenal, supir, preman, orang2 dari suku pedalaman(ga cuman 1, tapi 10), anak kecil dan bapaknya yg udah meninggal, dan yg terakhir tukang bersihin sampah yang udh dipecat. Itu yang menariknya. Si Moon Suk Goo yang awalnya ga nerima, karna ya secara pasti susah bgt kan kerja di anak perusahaan daema group even its a pegasus market. wkwk cuman makin kesini, dia makin ngerti bahwa emang kebersamaannya tuh klop banget.

SO pegasus market ini seru bangettt, Jung Bok Dong kerennn. Segudang rencana yang dia bikin yang justru malah bikin orang makin rame belanja di sana tuh kaya plot twist banget wkwk, ditambah kelakuan aneh dia plus karyawan2nya yang bikin takjub, :")

I already watched till ep.10, and its gonna end soon. So sad.

I thought this drama gonna be so boring, cause the genre is drama, but then i dont even regret it.

Im so inspired by Jung Bok Dong, He is very good person even just a character on drama.

He can deliver the moral and some points that i think "well its true". 

I so wish i can be like him, even when im already success. 

hehe Thankyou Jung Bok Dong and Moon Suk Goo, dan semua cast. y'all have did great job.
